2018 marks the tenth year of Bay Area Girls Rock Camp (BAGRC). Part of a network of rock camps all over the world, BAGRC is run by an amazing five-person staff and dozens of volunteers, who do everything from teach instrument lessons, host fundraisers, lead workshops, and coach bands made up of some of the Bay Area's most inspiring youth. In advance of their spring Rock Prom fundraiser, we caught up with current and former staffers to discuss the program's mission, challenges, and just how much us adult punks can learn from young people...
