Rock Prom is Bay Area Girls Rock Camp's annual spring fundraiser, where our BAGRC community is encouraged to start fundraising teams and help raise a collective $25,000 to support our Access Fund, which ensures all girls and gender-expansive youth can attend our programs despite financial barriers!


Here are your three easy steps to get involved with Rock Prom Trilogy:

  • Get Inspired: Visit our campaign page, read through and get inspired! Click this link to see what Rock Prom is all about.

  • Lead A Fundraising Team: Click this link to sign up and become a team captain! You will be prompted to enter your information, specify the amount you’re going to raise, and create a unique team name that matches our FANTASY FUTURE theme.

  • Start recruiting your team! Use your team page link to invite your friends, family, and extend networks to help you grow the best team to help you meet your goal. You can have up to 10 people on your team.

Tips For Fundraising

  • Reach out to your loved ones and those you know who are inspired by the idea of girls and gender-expansive youths’ music, and ask them to help you raise money towards your team goal. Let them know that their donations make sure that BAGRC programs stay accessible and affordable for all youth, and that their donation makes sure no youth is turned away for lack of fund.

  • See if your employer does matching donations! Turn $50 into $100 through employee matching funds!

  • Host a show, dinner, art opening, or some time of event that can help you raise funds towards your team goal!

What's Next?

  • Teams have up until May 3rd to raise as many funds they can towards their goal. Throughout the campaign, there will be many chances to win awesome prizes for fundraising, and at the culminating party we will give out prizes for the teams who put in their best effort!

  • Come up with your unique team costume, and the team with the best costume will win an extra prize!

  • Teams must raise at least $500 to reserve a table for themselves at the Humanist Hall on May 3rd. The top teams will have their tables adorned with champagne, goodie bags, cupcakes, etc. in addition to their grand prizes!

  • Come to the party! Taking place at the Humanist Hall on May 8tj, with a lovely prom environment, food, drinks, DJs, live performers, tarot, nail art, prom photos, and more!

Don't Miss These Perks!

  • Team captains who sign up by April 1st will be entered into a raffle to win VIP passes to SF Outside Lands Music Festival This Summer! Everyone on your team will also receive a copy of our new BAGRC comic zine, that tells an inspiring story of a Rock Camp youth's journey into music

  • Prizes throughout the campaign include: a yacht party, glamping in rolling green hills, hotel stays, spa treatments, gift certificates to your favorite local shops, VIP passes to museums, concert tickets, and more!
